Welcome to Thrilling Love™ (“Thrilling Love,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thrilling Love website, mobile applications, services, features, and content (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Thrilling Love.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have full legal capacity to enter a contract
• Not be prohibited from using online services under your local laws

Using Thrilling Love outside your country may also require compliance with international regulations.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information confidential
• Maintaining accurate and truthful profile information
• Any activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content You Submit

You may upload photos, messages, profile information, and other content (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to your content
• Your content does not violate the rights of others
• Your content follows our Community Guidelines

You grant Thrilling Love a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, host, modify, and reproduce your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You may delete your content at any time.

4. Concierge & Assisted Services

Thrilling Love may offer optional concierge or assisted services designed to help users improve their experience on the platform. These services may include profile guidance, introductory messaging assistance, onboarding support, moderation support, or other engagement-related features.

As part of these services, Thrilling Love staff or authorized representatives may assist with drafting, sending, reviewing, or facilitating certain communications on behalf of users. Such assistance is provided for user convenience and engagement purposes only and is not intended to misrepresent user identity or intent.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Concierge or assisted interactions may involve human moderation or support personnel;
• Assisted messages or interactions are intended to support user engagement and do not guarantee responses, matches, or outcomes;
• Thrilling Love does not guarantee romantic success, compatibility, or continued communication;
• Users remain responsible for their interactions, decisions, and communications on and off the platform.

Concierge or assisted services may be offered as part of free features, premium features, or subscription-based services, and availability may vary by region, membership level, or platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse users
• Post false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Request money from users
• Upload pornographic, violent, or illegal content
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulation
• Use the Services for commercial solicitation
• Access our systems by automated methods
• Attempt to reverse engineer our platform

Violating these restrictions may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

6. Safety

You understand that:

• Thrilling Love does not conduct criminal background checks
• Thrilling Love does not verify every user
• You are solely responsible for your interactions online or offline

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features may include:

• Profile boosts
• Premium search filters
• Message upgrades
• Unlimited actions
• Other enhanced capabilities

Payments made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by their respective terms.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

8. App Store Terms

If downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play:

• You agree to their respective terms
• Apple/Google are not responsible for customer support issues
• You acknowledge they are not liable for content produced by users

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What data we collect
• How it’s used
• How to exercise your rights

Thrilling Love complies with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable global privacy standards.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may terminate or limit your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You endanger the community
• Your account is abandoned
• Required by law

11. Moderation, Enforcement, and Account Suspension

To maintain a safe and respectful community, Thrilling Love may moderate user activity and enforce these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Our enforcement options

Depending on the situation, we may:

• Remove or restrict content;
• Limit messaging or other features;
• Temporarily suspend an account for review; or
• Permanently suspend an account for serious or repeated violations.

Suspension based on community reports

Thrilling Love may temporarily suspend an account when it receives multiple community reports, including reports related to profiles, messages, photos, videos, comments, or other activity. Suspension may occur while we review activity to help protect the community.

Notice language

When applicable, we may display a notice such as:

“Your account has been temporarily suspended due to multiple community reports. Our team is reviewing the activity to ensure Thrilling Love remains a safe and respectful space.”

Appeals and review requests

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact support at Thrillingloveapp@gmail.com to request a review. We may require identity verification or additional information to process the request. Thrilling Love may retain records of moderation actions for safety, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

No guarantee of access

Thrilling Love reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts as permitted by law and these Terms. We do not guarantee continued access to the service.

12. Disclaimers

Thrilling Love provides the Services on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Successful connections
• Accuracy of user content
• Continuous service availability
• Compatibility with your device
• That user behavior will be safe or lawful

You use Thrilling Love at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Thrilling Love is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, if any

Some regions do not allow certain limitations; those protections will still apply.

14. Governing Law

For U.S.-based users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For EU & International users: You may have additional consumer protections under your local law.

15. Arbitration (U.S. Users Only)

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
