This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through Thrilling Love™ (“we,” “us,” “our”) on the mobile app or website.
Because Thrilling Love is a digital service, all payments are governed by:
Apple App Store Terms of Service
Google Play Terms of Service
U.S. digital goods law
EU Consumer Rights Directive (including 14-day cooling-off period)
Global subscription commerce standards
This policy applies to all regions unless a local law grants additional protections.
1. Where Refunds Are Processed
A. Apple iOS Users
If you purchased through the Apple App Store, all refunds must be requested directly from Apple, not Thrilling Love.

Refund approvals/denials
Billing adjustments
Subscription cancellations

Thrilling Love cannot issue or override Apple refunds.
B. Google Android Users
If purchased through Google Play, refunds are processed by Google within the first 48 hours.

After 48 hours, Google may still review requests, or Thrilling Love may assist where allowed.
C. Direct Website Purchases (if enabled later)
Refunds for purchases made directly via our website follow the policy below under “Digital Services Refund Rules.”
2. Digital Services Refund Rules
Because Thrilling Love provides immediately accessible digital services, including:
Premium filters
Visibility boosts
Unlimited messaging
Profile upgrades
Premium matchmaking features
…refunds may be limited under the law once digital access has started.
3. Subscription Auto-Renewals
All subscriptions:
Renew automatically
Are charged to your Apple ID or Google account
Must be canceled before the renewal date
We cannot refund:
Missed cancellations
Partial subscription periods
Unused time after renewal
This is standard across all major apps.
4. EU/EEA 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights
Under EU consumer laws:
EU users have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase unless they:
Begin using the digital service
Access premium features
Consume purchased digital benefits
Once service begins, the right to withdraw may no longer apply.
Thrilling Love complies with this requirement globally.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided when:
A user has violated Community Guidelines
A user has been blocked, banned, or removed
A user has already accessed paid features
A subscription auto-renewed due to late cancellation
A package or boost has been partially or fully consumed
The request is based on lack of matches, activity, or results
Thrilling Love™ makes no guarantee of match success or outcomes.
6. Situations Eligible for Review
We may review refund requests when:
A transaction was duplicated
A technical error prevented use
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Billing was incorrect due to a system error
All reviews are case-by-case.
