Our goal at Thrilling Love™ is to create a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment where people can connect, meet new people, and build positive relationships of all kinds.

These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn’t allowed on Thrilling Love. By using our platform, you agree to follow these rules.

Failure to follow the guidelines may result in:

• Warnings
• Feature limitations
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account removal

Thrilling Love reserves the right to remove any content or user that threatens the integrity or safety of the community.

Concierge & Assisted Support: Thrilling Love may provide concierge or moderator-assisted support services to help maintain safety, authenticity, and a respectful community. For more information, please see our Terms of Service.

1. Be Yourself

We require authenticity. You may NOT:

• Pretend to be someone else
• Use fake or stolen photos
• Misrepresent your identity
• Impersonate public figures
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans

Your profile should reflect the real you.

2. Respect Other Users

We do not tolerate:

• Harassment
• Bullying
• Threats
• Hate speech
• Insults
• Abusive or aggressive behavior
• Doxxing or sharing someone’s private information

Treat others with dignity and respect.

3. No Discrimination or Hate

Prohibited:

• Racist or discriminatory language
• Hate symbols
• Content targeting someone’s race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability

Thrilling Love is an inclusive community.

4. No Explicit Content or Nudity

The following are NOT allowed:

• Nudity or naked images
• Sexual content or pornography
• Graphic sexual acts or requests
• Minors in any suggestive context
• Sharing explicit content in messages without consent

We reserve the right to remove content or users who violate these rules.

5. No Scams, Fraud, or Financial Requests

You may NOT:

• Ask people for money
• Offer financial assistance in exchange for intimacy
• Run investment, crypto, or cash-flip scams
• Solicit users for business schemes
• Request banking information, passwords, or personal data

Such behavior may result in immediate removal.

6. Safety First — No Dangerous Behavior

Prohibited:

• Violence or threats
• Weapons displayed in a threatening way
• Encouraging self-harm
• Dangerous challenges
• Content promoting illegal activity

If you feel unsafe or threatened, report the user immediately.

7. No Minors Allowed (18+)

Thrilling Love is strictly for adults 18+.

You may NOT:

• Post minors in profile photos
• Create an account if under 18
• Mention illegal relationships or sexual content involving minors

Violations may result in permanent removal.

8. Photo & Profile Guidelines

Allowed:

• Clear photos of yourself
• Group photos where you are identifiable
• Photos of hobbies, pets, and lifestyle

Not allowed:

• Nudity or sexual content
• Graphic imagery
• Photos of children alone
• Photos with weapons displayed aggressively
• Hate symbols
• Copyrighted or watermarked photos
• Photos of celebrities representing you

Your bio must also follow all rules listed above.

9. Messaging Guidelines

You may NOT send:

• Hate speech
• Sexual harassment
• Unwanted sexual messages
• Graphic or explicit content
• Spam or ads
• Threats or coercive behavior
• Automated or bot messages

We encourage:

• Polite conversation
• Clear communication
• Respect for consent

10. No Spamming or Bots

You may NOT:

• Mass message users
• Use bots or automation tools
• Advertise products or services
• Post repetitive or promotional content

This includes MLM, affiliate marketing, link drops, and any commercial solicitation.

11. Off-Platform Safety

If you choose to meet someone:

• Always meet in public
• Tell someone you trust
• Never send money
• Use caution before sharing personal details

Thrilling Love does not conduct background checks. See our Safety Center for more guidance.

12. Reporting & Enforcement

You can report:

• Profiles
• Photos
• Messages
• Behavior
• Safety concerns

Reports are reviewed confidentially.

Thrilling Love may:

• Request verification
• Remove content
• Suspend or ban accounts
• Cooperate with law enforcement if required

Our priority is user safety.

13. Account Safety & Community Reports

Thrilling Love is built on respect, consent, and authentic connections. To help keep the community safe, members can report profiles and content that appear to violate these guidelines.

What happens when content is reported

• Reports are reviewed to protect the community and prevent abuse.
• If an account receives multiple community reports, Thrilling Love may temporarily restrict or suspend the account while we review activity.
• We may take action on profiles, messages, photos, videos, comments, or other activity.

Temporary suspension notice

If your account is suspended due to reports, you may see a notice like:

“Your account has been temporarily suspended due to multiple community reports. Our team is reviewing the activity to ensure Thrilling Love remains a safe and respectful space.”

Reporting abuse

Please report only genuine concerns. Misuse of reporting tools (e.g., false reporting, harassment, or coordinated reporting) may result in restrictions or suspension.

14. Consequences for Violations

Depending on the severity, consequences may include:

• Warning
• Feature restriction (e.g., messaging limited)
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal
• Device/IP bans

Serious violations (fraud, threats, explicit content involving minors) may result in immediate, permanent removal.

15. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact support to request a review. We may ask for additional information to verify your account and resolve the issue.

16. Updates to Guidelines

We may update these guidelines at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and/or in the app.
